1. ERBA Sawtelle Store Hours: 8AM - 10PM.
   ERBA Pico Store Hours: 8AM - 9:50PM. ERBA Pico Doors close at 9:50PM, last call is at 9:55PM, and all transactions are complete at 10PM.
   ERBA Venice Store Hours: 8AM - 9:50PM.
   New Amsterdam Naturals by ERBA Store Hours: 8AM - 10PM (Doors close 9:50)
2. ERBA Pico Delivery Hours: 9AM-9:45PM | Curbside Pickup Hours: 9AM-9:50PM.
   ERBA Venice Delivery Hours: 9AM - 9:45PM | Curbside Pickup Hours: 9AM-9:50PM.

3. Patients are no longer required to wear a mask, per updated local laws.
4. Only 25 patients are allowed in the store at a time.
5. Orange markers are set up inside/outside the store to enforce social distancing.
6. All counters, tablets, and registers are continuously disinfected.
7. Order online for free home delivery or curbside pick-up.
8. For curbside pickup, you'll be notified by text when your order is ready and can remain in your car.

Yes. We have a lot with a limited number of spaces, and plenty of street parking nearby.

Yes. Discounts vary store to store, so please double-check beforehand. Daily and weekly specials here.

Delivery orders are ONLY fulfilled during delivery hours, not store hours.

+ Are there delivery fees?

Nope! We do not charge delivery fees, and there are no minimums required for your order.

+ What happens if I place a delivery order outside of the delivery hours?

Your order will be placed on hold in a queue and fulfilled the following day.

+ What areas do you deliver to?

We accept cash, debit, and credit.

+ How long will it take to receive my delivery order?

On average, 45 - 60 minutes from the time you placed your order.

+ Do your delivery drivers accept tips?

Yes. Delivery drivers accept cash or you can add a tip on the card payment at the time of delivery.
